It is obvious that our pets can’t explain what’s bothering them. It is your responsibility to take notice of any sudden behaviour in your pets.

Here are these signs which shouldn’t be ignored at all:

1. Heavy Panting: It’s normal if the pets pant as it can be caused by hyper activity, playing with toys or even running around. The difference is that the panting becomes deeper and heavier and may last longer than normal panting.

2. Drooling: Excessive drooling is a sign which signifies that something is not right with your peta. Sudden drooling indicates heatstroke, dental issues.

3. Excessive Water Consumption: Though it is considered good if your pet is keeping himself hydrated, but at the same time, if your pet keeps returning to the bowl of water then it indicates that maybe it is a sign of kidney failure, diabetes mellitius. It is also found that some medications may cause an increase in water consumption and excessive panting can lead to heavy drinking.

4. Change In Behaviour: It is often found that pets do show sign of aggressiveness, moodiness, anxiety and so on. Pain and discomfort are the most common reasons for a change in behaviour. This change can be linked to thyroid dysfunction in dogs, hyperthyroidism in cats and other medical conditions such as cancer, arthritis, skin allergies, heart disease or an injury.

5. Change In Odor: Stinky breath comes with aging. But also remember that healthy pets don’t stink. You should keep a close notice if your pet has stinky breath, stinky ears or smelly gas, as these symptoms can be a problem.

If any of these symptoms arrive then don’t wait and simply make a visit to the Vet immediately. The health of the pet is unpredictable so the sooner the visit the sooner your pet will be recovered.
