Yes! The bitter reality of life that I have learned with time and I wouldn’t change my thoughts because this is what I have witnessed and have been a victim to Human’s threat.

As a child I have always wanted to visit Circus, Zoos and parks where the Authorities were said to have beautiful and endangered species from all over the world. Never did I know that these poor animals are actually starved to death, nobody takes care of them and neither feeds them properly. I though use to be excited when visiting Zoo as an excursion trip by my school back then. While strolling around with friends, I witnessed an elephant which had a torn skin and the flies were hovering around the wound probably giving the poor elephant a tough time. As he was pretty uncomfortable at sight, we moved on and caught an eye of a beautiful male peacock showing off his feathers dancing around! Yet I spotted another animal which was actually hurt at the foot and the feathers were plucked. I came home and told my parents, not that I remember much but I recall that my mother told me back then that, these poor animals are taken away from their natural habitat from where they actually belong to their families and here in captivity, they are in Human’s hand who treats them the way they like. My mothers words ripped my heart and till now I can very well recall her statement and believe the fact that yes, Humans are the biggest threat to Humanity and we have crossed all our limits to justify our love for leisure and lust!

I am glad that since then, I never visited any Zoo, Circus, and any park which holds such beautiful animals in miseries and away from their habitat- which they belong to!
