When we talk about Kindness, it means we are representing the personality and our thoughts towards nature and society. It is pretty enough for someone to know about a person, the moment it is witnessed how well he treats an animal that crosses his way.
Although, many people around us have different thoughts despite of knowing animals as pets. Their are certain people who call their pets as animals and the ones roaming around in street are often stated as “menace” to the society/area. It is pretty weird when such a comment coming from a pet owner is heard. I wonder what world we are living in. What we think about ourselves, the same should be thought for others. But, this world is filled with hypocrites, dual personalities and yet we are daily urging people to come out of it. A few days ago, I was overheard by an elderly man while I was talking about Pets as in Dogs with a random person who had asked about how to keep a dog and the care that needs to be given. That man actually stood by us and heard the conversation and had the guts of telling “Dogs should be shot dead, they are not pets. Our religion doesn’t allows to keep them in house”. This very dialogue made me a bit angry but it is always considered to take it easy with such ‘losers’. People often don’t understand or don’t read their Holy Book with translation and get to speak to their scholars which often leads them to a bit of information. As my religion states “No animal should be harmed as all of nature, living being and living things will speak for themselves on the day of judgement”. Talking about Kindness-how can we hurt an animal? If I go on with this discussion I am sure, it would go on and on because people of our nation have learnt to answer instead of listening.
Every religion teaches Kindness towards elders, youngsters, animals and living things.
