Animals are a living being and we should consider them as one as well. It breaks my heart when I see poor animals being dragged by their owners while they are limping or even bleeding.

We humans have lost our brains and ethic sense when it comes to the care of Animals, why is that so and who is responsible for this? If you have an answer then write it in the comment section below, because for me, Animal Abuse at an any level should be a punishable law!
