This act could have been stopped right there if the person wasn’t busy filming his child’s act. He could have run to safe the life of the dog and would have made the child learn on how to handle a puppy. Animals can’t speak for themselves and it is upto us, whether we ignore and let the harm come to the pet or either give a good to your child!

This behaviour of the child is not acceptable, this video is also very disturbing but, we need to realise that having pets in the household is not enough. Having pets means a lot of responsibility. If you cannot fulfil this request then you aren’t good enough to have a dog.
