Why to abandon a pet when you can’t keep them? Why not to give to someone who wishes to have a pet or a shelter who would take care of the pet 24/7, unlike those who abandon them in killing weather without food and water. You need a heart for that cruel act!
Please don’t bother to keep Pets if you cannot take care of them.
