It is often said whatever you wish to do no matter whatever it is, the moment present shall not come again. With the passage of time in the hustle bustle, we have moved forward leaving behind those who needed us the most.

As I was sipping up my cup of tea, I received a call by my dear fellow colleague. He wanted to know the journey of me becoming a Cynophilist (Dog Lover). To my amazement, it quickly gave me a flash back down the memory lane of 20 long years. Oh boy! A long time passed by with a blink of an eye. When we are in teens, we think about our future and plan accordingly whereas, we forget that the Planner is watching us. HE knows better about us and our plans.

Back then I never knew how adopting a rescued dog would awake the passion of saving lives of animals in the best of my knowledge.

Life is a bed of roses but with thorns, similarly, when opting for a unique passion and standing out of the crowd always raise an eye-brow. I believe in something out of the box, majority of the people whom I have come across have always called me as a ‘animal lover’ or ‘animal activist’. I like it when people recognize me with such titles, not because I feel proud of my act but because, my LORD had made me for a purpose and my purpose is to help those who need help and the best thing is that when the Animals reciprocate with love and affection- that feeling is incomparable. Animals are beautiful form of nature and Humans unfortunately are the horrible creature (no offense) as observed so far. It is said ‘Feed an animal for 3 days and he shall remember for 3 years, and feed a human for 3 days he will forget you the other day’. I know-this is no comparison but why is it always associated with us? Think about it? Our actions speak a lot about us while our words are totally opposite to our personality. It is an irony that Human actions and kindness depends on the person who is being kind to someone else, and that someone else has to be judged accordingly or you can say as a give-and-take situation. Fine! What about those animals? Why can’t we show kindness towards them? Why it is a pleasure for Humans to see two street dogs fighting and making a video of them instead of stopping the fight? Why doesn’t anyone cares how the poor animals are surviving on the streets all by their own?

Nature itself helps everyone, why? because, it is the command of our LORD. Do good and it shall return to you. I can very well relate to this as I see it happening every single day. It amazes me to see that people around me, or around us are coming on the same platform, the same thought process of live and Let live factor. On day, this world will be a better place to live for Humans and Animals if we come together and start working on this mission with the same passion.
