An animal hospital in Alabama has a ‘goodbye kisses’ chocolate jar for dogs to enjoy chocolate before being put down. Smiths Station Animal Hospital posted a picture on their Facebook page showing a glass jar full of Hershey’s Kisses.⁠

The caption read:⁠
⁠
“This jar is reserved for our euthanasia appointments… because no dog should go to Heaven without tasting chocolate.”⁠

Very heart wrenching situation. I just pray and hope that no one ever goes through this sort of situation where you have to put down your pet.
