A rescued puppy was taken to the groomer for the very first time, and the experience was clearly overwhelming. At one point, he cautiously peeked out of the room. He anxiously checked to see whether his owner had left him behind. That small, hesitant glance spoke volumes about his past. It revealed fear, uncertainty, and a deep need for reassurance. It also highlighted how much trust and patience rescued animals require as they learn they are finally safe.
