How indoor cats can get parasites

Contaminated food or water: If your cat eats contaminated food or drinks contaminated water, they can ingest parasites.:

Human contact: Humans can unintentionally bring parasites into your home on their clothing or shoes.

Other pets: If you have other pets that go outdoors, they can bring parasites into your home.
